Mr. Abdulrahman Isa Wasagu, ESQ., DRS., MLCJ, PDE, (Senior Associate) holds an LL.B (Hons) degree from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto State and a Masters degree in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna State, and has been enrolled to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. After the mandatory National Youth Service Corps programme, Mr. Abdulrahman settled for Private legal practice with the reputable Law firm of Messrs Y. C. Maikyau (SAN) & Co., where he was exposed into the widening gyre and rudiments of practice in the field of Civil and Criminal litigation. Mr. Abdulrahman has acted as Counsel in several high profile cases in civil, criminal and election petitions from the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and the Federal/FCT and State High Courts around Nigeria. Mr. Abdulrahman took active part in the negotiation, drafting and review of several contractual instruments and has participated in Transaction Advisory Services as the Legal Consultant. Mr. Abdulrahman being a Dispute Resolution Specialist, has represented several parties in negotiation, mediation and arbitration with good successes. Mr. Abdulrahman is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, both at the State and National level.
